This project consisted of a 61,000 sf post tension concrete frame structure with architecturally exposed concrete.  This academic building includes studios, classrooms and offices for the Digital Art & Design Program for MICA.  Dance Brothers, Inc. was awarded the ACI Award for Excellence in Concrete for this project.

This project included a 100,000 sf new elementary school with a LEED Silver Rating.  This two story steel frame structure included below grade concrete foundation walls, slabs on grade and slab on metal deck.

This project included a 52,000 sf steel framed performing arts building including a 500 seat performing arts theatre, a 100 seat stage theatre, classrooms and offices.  The project also included polished concrete floors and walls in the auditorium and main hallways.
